The WELA Tengwar Project
In the past ten years many new texts in Tengwar have been published. The list of tengwar in Appendix E is far from being complete, Tolkien imagined over 60 tengwar or Elvish letters, and about 40 diacritics signs or tehtar in Quenya.
The Tengwar fonts available today on Internet are incomplete and too difficult to use (especially for newbies) with a very awkward system of tehtar to be 'glued' on Tengwar, imagined 20 years ago.
The WELA is going to provide a new and easy way of writing with the Tengwar.
The WELA is also working in order to release soon a set of dingbats inspired by Tolkien's designs and that can be used together with the new fonts to be released.
